With the sounding of the shofar, the ride will start at 10:00am. Once riders have safely left, programming will begin for our children. ROUTE (click here to see and print out a turn-by-turn route sheet for both the Chai and Jr. Routes) Click here to see the route in google maps. Riding Chai offers two different ride routes for all ages and skill levels both beginning and ending at Temple Beth Abraham in Canton. The Chai route winds through 18+ miles of beautiful Canton, Stoughton, Easton and Sharon. On our way, we ride on a scenic part of Bay Road, circle Borderland State Park, and pass the majestic Massapoag Lake. There is a rest stop at the entrance to Borderland State Park at the corner of Bay road and Allen Road. The Jr. Route takes us through 7+ miles of beautiful Canton. This route is perfect for children and/or adults who aren’t up for the full 18+ mile ride. There is no rest stop on the Jr. Route. On both routes, every effort has been made to minimize our time on busy or rough roads. Each rider will receive a route map at registration. The route will also be marked by route signs along the way. JUST FOR KIDS Riding Chai promises to have lots of fun for kids who are there to cheer on the riders. Begining at 10:00 when the riders depart, there will be a DJ with music, games and prizes, arts and crafts and more!!! Please, for everyone’s safety, all children must be accompanied by a responsible adult.
